This will help achieve the best cut possible . Please do not over use styling products that may impact working through your natural texture. Our goal is to provide the best curly experience!

Your curls need to be FULLY dried, when you arrive with wet or damp hair this will impact the cut process. IF your hair is not fully dry-your reservation may be cancelled or rescheduled.

Please arrive with your hair detangled.

No EXTREME tangles- if not properly detangled a fee may apply.

NO Bobby-pins, Braids, Twist-outs or ponytails.
